The great business man Zig Ziglar once said, “I don’t care how much power, brilliance or energy you have, if you don’t harness it and focus it on a specific target, and hold it there you’re never going to accomplish as much as your ability warrants.” Identify your specific business priorities and then focus in on them. In business 80% of your revenue is likely to come from around 20% of your clients or projects. So you need to ask yourself: how much time are you spending with your best priorities compared with the time you’re wasting?
There is a lot of noise in the business world. Although it is smart to evaluate the business environment around you, you must not get off course.
