The first telltale sign is your enthusiasm.

When you’re doing what you truly love meaning ‘your heart is in it’, you are self-motivated. No one has to challenge you, or check up on you to ensure milestones are met or deadlines are delivered.

Rather, you do the work for the pure enjoyment of it. No rewards, applause, or money is necessary to drive your passion because your job is your way of serving and expressing your love.

The opposite is also applies: When your heart isn’t in what you are doing, it’s particularly easy to become discouraged.

Followers, are you doing a job that expresses the purity of your heart? Or, are you wasting your life in a job that is, ultimately, hurting your heart?
