[Darren Hardy narrates an animated look at the ups and downs, the highs and the lows that come with having big ideas, being an entrepreneur and starting your own business.]

Entrepreneurship can make you feel like you are on a roller coaster.

At times, you’re at the top of the loop feeling blissful. Other times, you’re heading for the bottom loop feeling like you have totally lost control.

It is my opinion, that as entrepreneurs, we will always experience the highs and the lows; ups and downs, but what creates a more secure balance has a lot to do with what we decide to focus on and, subsequently, what we focus on grows.  If we get distracted by the lows, we will not fully experience the blissfulness that comes with the highs.

To that end, followers, do you sometimes feel like you are on a roller coaster?  If so, what practices help to remedy the stomach burning that goes with the BIG drops? Additionally, what are you doing to ensure longevity with those high loops that make you feel like you are on top of the hill?
