As a business consultant and strategist, I have seen many organizations in crisis and I have seen many organizations thrive in abundant, matchless success.

Throughout each of the individual cases, I have been in search of that distinguishing factor that makes some individuals or organizations incomparable achievers as opposed to those organizations that are trapped in the endless web of lukewarm mediocrity.

I have come up with various entangled theories, but the one, which seems to offer the best hope is this really simple truth stated below and I chose to use comedian, Bill Cosby’s quote to help illustrate this personal realization.
