“Think different” is a well-known advertising slogan used for Apple Inc.

It was used in a television commercial, several print advertisements and a number of TV promos for Apple products. Apple’s use of the slogan was sometimes shortened as “THINK DIFFERENT.”

Significantly shortened versions of the ad were used in two television commercials, known as “Crazy Ones.”

It was Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs who ordered the creation of this campaign that reflected the philosophy he thought had to be reinforced within the company he once co-founded:

Steve Jobs in interview for PBS’ ‘One Last Thing’ documentary, 1994:

Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. While some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.

With the recent the passing of Nelson Mandela, a man who walked the talk of a different way of thinking, this idea of “thinking differnt(ly)” got me thinking…and asking myself, how different are you really thinking?
(in your business and personal relations)

Is your stagnant thinking in business and personal relationships keeping you STUCK?

And, how are you challenging yourself to THINK DIFFERENT as a way of life?

To that end, I’d love to hear from each of you…how crazy are you?

Are you crazy enough to think different, pursue your purpose, challenge the status quo, let your light shine, stand out, drive to your dreams, believe in yourself when no one else does, defy the odds, dominate and silence your competition and CHANGE THE WORLD?
